About Me
Hello, and welcome!
A little about me….I see, read and listen to as much as I can, and so I utilize this forum as an outlet to pontificate opinions, analyses and musings on all things entertainment-related — but mostly theatre and film. Criticism is a passion project of mine, and the goal is to write reviews and reactions that are engaging, thoughtful and informative, and that invite discussion or comments whenever you deem necessary and relevant.
My favorite times of year are Academy Awards and Tony Awards seasons as I attempt — and usually succeed — to see every single nominee and then blog about each award category. It’s exhausting, but nothing makes me happier.
A confabulation is, of course, a conversation, and whether or not it is a conversation between critic and artist or critic and reader or any other combination of individuals, the goal is to create conversation that is meaningful, thoughtful and respectful.
So let’s confabulate.

Bravo.
And criticism of any sort should be just that, not a final judgement but a leaping off point for an artistic conversation – one that can nurture, support, help define, and expand the arts.
All my best for you as you explore!
